Easter Sunday 2013

I am so blessed as a primary teacher.  This year I get the opportunity to teach the 7 year olds who will be turning 8.  They will all be baptized this year!  I have decided to attend each of their baptisms.  The first was yesterday.  It was so wonderful to attend a baptism the day before to Easter.  I was reminded of the symbolism of being completely submerged in water as dying and then coming up out of the water as resurrection.  While I was planning my lesson I wanted to focus on the different symbols around Easter time.  I created this crossword puzzle to lead a discussion about the meaning of these different symbols we see this time of year.
